Prison Ministries

A group of men at GBC visit the Harris County Jail on a regular basis to share the gospel. If you have a passion for evangelism and want to join the men in this ministry, please let the pastor know.

Pastor Dunn is also involved in a weekly teaching ministry at Huntsville State Prison.

Everyone can participate in these ministries by praying that God’s Word will be clearly presented to the men incarcerated and that God will open their hearts to receive salvation by faith in Jesus Christ.

Meals Ministry

A group of ladies at GBC prepare meals for those in our church family who are ill, hospitalized, or recuperating. If you know of someone who is in need of this assistance, please call the church office at 281-970-7100, or call Marilyn Morris at the number in the church directory.

We are always in need of volunteers to help prepare meals for this special ministry. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Marilyn or the church office.

Prayer Chain

In addition to the church prayer list distributed monthly among members, GBC has a group of prayer warriors who faithfully pray for needs as they arise. If you have a prayer request, please call or email Margie Hastings (see the church directory for her contact information). She will promptly share your request with the prayer chain.

And please remember to let Margie know of updates concerning your prayer request. We want to keep the prayer list updated and praise God for His answers to our intercessory prayers.
